The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team:
RTX has an opening for a Workday Adaptive Analyst (Workforce Planning) (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation).
We are seeking a Workday Adaptive Analyst to support our go-live implementation and contribute to establishing a robust support model. We encourage you to think big and explore how Adaptive can drive further business value and enhance our work processes.
What You Will Do:
- Configure, test, and implement business requirements to support the implementation of Adaptive Workforce Planning.
- Assess client needs and propose recommendations or solutions to meet their objectives.
- Support the design of an Adaptive security framework to ensure consistent practices and establish governance controls.
- Assist in defining and developing support documentation and establishing best practices for support.
- Track Workday bi-annual releases to enable improved functionality of the Adaptive tool.
- Innovate with Workday Adaptive beyond Workforce Planning, exploring new ways to derive insights and improve business processes.
- Travel around 5%+
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Minimum of 8+ year' experience in Workday with interface around Workforce Planning and a bachelors' in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 5+ years related work experience.
- Experience with integrating external data into Adaptive or working closely with integration partners.
- Comfortable being client-facing, including presenting functionality to stakeholders, seeking clarity where required, and engaging with colleagues across teams.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in a lead role is preferred.
- Ability to identify potential problems, articulate design implications, and develop creative solutions to client requirements.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
