Job Summary:

Join this high impact team as a Voice and Network Solutions Technician to work in a collaborative, environment focused on Voice framework operations and projects. In this role, you will support the Avaya and Cisco voice architecture, wireline / carrier circuit tracking, in-building cellular systems, SIP transition, migration from copper POTS circuits, and strategic planning for a future UCaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have voice infrastructure experience.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Project Leads and Project teams to drive success and expected outcomes of key projects.
  • Provide Digital Technology Operational Oversite/Project Management of all assigned efforts/projects to completion within Network and Voice Frameworks
  • Support project teams in preparation and execution of project deliverables.
  • Coordinate and Partner with functional organizations (e.g., Supply Chain, Facilities, Security) to support key project engagements.
  • Provide Voice Framework Operational Support (Avaya, Cisco, Cellular) systems.
  • Provide strategies, planning, and support in achieving desk phone reduction.
  • Provide strategies, planning, and support in achieving wireline cost reduction for voice services.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Experience with voice infrastructure; operational support, system design and/or deployment.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment.
  • Experience with Capital Projects, particularly facility moves, where voice installations must be coordinated with building out new spaces for offices and manufacturing floors.
  • Experience in Voice Project Management.
  • Must be able to develop solutions and documentation to a variety of technical problems.
  • Experience with using Information Technology project lifecycle management processes.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
