Weld components using heliarc, TIG, and GTAW welding equipment in accordance with blueprints, welding diagrams and operation sheets. Ensure work is accomplished with high quality, in a timely fashion and is compliant with all company, city, state and federal regulations.

What You Will Do:
- Welding & Fabrication: Position parts for welding, cut and join various metals (nitronics, aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and SAE 4130 steels) using manual and machine welding processes in accordance with blueprints and technical instructions.
- Equipment Operation & Setup: Select and operate the correct welding torch equipment, regulate gas flows, and adjust settings (amperage, speeds, feeds) to produce quality welds.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect and adjust welds-including grinding, cleaning, and rework-to meet prescribed specifications, and interpret X-ray films or black light processes for repair guidance.
- Technical Documentation & Training: Read and work from technical drawings, schematics, and operation sheets; assist in training other production welders and update supervisors on work progress.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by adhering to company health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring proper upkeep of materials and equipment.
- Work Schedule & Flexibility: Work assigned shifts (Monday-Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm) with availability for overtime and extended workdays, including weekends as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Prior TIG Welding Experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.6
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Thin wall welding experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
