The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team:
As a Technical Writer supporting the Identity Access Management Team, you will play a crucial role in capturing and documenting the operations of all systems. The IAM team is modernizing and simplifying the Enterprise Authentication Platform which includes the deployment of new tools, and enhancing existing tools and processes. This role offers exposure to leadership, business analyst opportunities, and to the inner workings of the Identity Access Management environment.
What You Will do
- Capture and document all relevant meeting minutes
- Generate management documents (plans, white papers, RCAs, lessons learned, etc.)
- Develop documentation for full lifecycle of product development included, development (requirements, user stories, UAT/design team documents, test cases and results, etc,), production documents (concept of operations, authorization to operate, system runbooks, feature release notes, etc.)
- Track team accomplishments for communications and self-evaluation
- Develop Internal how-to guides/ training materials
- Create and maintain relevant document management repositories (i.e. Confluence)
Qualifications You Must Have
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, English or a related field discipline.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, API scripting, and SQL.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Relevant cybersecurity certification's such as CISSP
- Experience in technical documentation
- Basic understanding of IT systems and concepts
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Products, and Confluence

Location: This position is hybrid from Farmington, CT, Richardson, TX, Aurora, CO, or Tewksbury, MA.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
