The Talent project manager will serve as a project integrator for the VP of Talent and Collins Talent COE. In this role, the incumbent will partner with Talent's functional leaders to ensure comprehensive project plans are developed and effectively and efficiently deployed, while ensuring key stakeholders (e.g., VP of Talent, HRLT, CHRO, RTX Talent) have a current view of all talent projects. The role will partner across HR Communities of Expertise and the RTX Talent team, and facilitate critical meetings as identified. This role will create a high volume of presentations / templates and be responsible for some RTX harmonization deliverables.

This role can be worked remotely in the U.S.; Central or Eastern Standard Time preferred.
What You Will Do:
- Support the Talent COE in execution of initiatives and projects from end-to-end. Establish project management quality standards and ensure they're met through validation processes and CORE methodologies.
- Effectively partner with Collins Aerospace Talent Functions to ensure comprehensive project plans are created
- Act as a central point of coordination for the Talent COE designing and managing operating routines to optimize decision making and information flow
- Proactively manage key takeaways and action items. Ensure follow ups are actioned and keep a pulse on direction, timing and reactions.
- Effectively connect the dots across various priorities and initiatives and identify interdependencies between project stakeholders and working teams.
- Coach functional leaders on the development of proposals and projects to stakeholder audiences.
- Support the Talent COE with data analysis, communications as it carries out the direction and strategic vision
- Facilitate after action reviews for continuous improvement
- Facilitate some team/offsite meetings
- Manage Talent budget and forecasting
- Travel up to 10%
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
- PowerPoint, Excel, project management and facilitation skills
Qualifications We Prefer:
- HR experience
- Experience using data and metrics to analyze and solve business challenges and effectively visualize data for stakeholder consumption
- PMP certification preferred
- Track record managing all aspects of a project lifecycle
- Experience creating and executing change management plans and influencing others
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate across several businesses and HR departments
- Comfort with ambiguity as well as strong judgment and ability to make well-informed decisions
- Experience tailoring communications to a broad range of audiences and prepare executive-ready materials

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
