The Tactical Strike Portfolio within the Strike Initiatives (SI) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU), under Raytheon - ASDS has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Financial Analyst role supporting a diverse $500M portfolio. This successful candidate will have the opportunity to join and lead the day to day execution of a portfolio of programs under the TS umbrella.

This role requires partnering with program and functional management to meet all financial plan commitments. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner, requiring clear communication, cross-functional relationships, and collaboration with the various execution teams, as well as forming partnerships with their external customer. The selected individual will be responsible for supporting all aspects of financial control, including review of financial forecasts, risks & opportunities, manpower reporting, development of the annual operating plan and long range plan, earned value reporting, EACs, funding analysis, proposals/ECP's, negotiations and gate support.
What You Will Do
- Contractual and internal Earned Value Management reporting
- Work closely with various functional organizations during the EAC development process
- Providing support of financial planning activities (BSEC, AOP, FRC, LRP)
- Contractual and internal Earned Value Management reporting
- Risk and opportunity valuation and impact on contract profitability
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic
- Typically requires 2+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 0-2+ years prior relevant experience
- Experience supporting cost and schedule analysis
- Experience supporting the monthly forecast / close process
- Experience supporting development of quarterly Estimates at Complete
- U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems
Qualifications We Prefer
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking
- Support the establishment and maintenance of the overall baseline that is compliant with the program instruction, internal EVM policy 10255, and DFARS requirements where necessary
- Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
- Prepare manpower reports to support Command and Control staffing demand reviews including working with cross function leads to identify gaps and plans to closure
- Support proposal development and program start up activities
- Support the development of the long range and annual operating plans
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
- Experience in DoD or Aerospace
- Experience on high visibility projects and programs
- Experience with external EVMS reporting and deadlines
- Familiarity with RMD business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
