Raytheon's Mission Capability Verification Center (MCVC) located on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM is seeking for a qualified engineering candidate to join our Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Team. The candidate will support LTAMDS and Patriot data collection and analysis for various radar level testing and mission system scenarios. The position requires working both in a remote site office environment and in the field supporting our tests. Candidates will collaborate with multi-disciplined SI&T engineers and customer teams executing our test events.

What You Will Do
- Support radar missions and missile flight test activities at WSMR and other National Test Ranges in the United States and abroad.
- Provide mission support, including setup, coordination, data analysis and tracking of non-tactical software load configurations.
- Interfacing with internal and external customers
- Adheres to and enforces security and safety policies.
- Work in remote and hazardous environments with exposure to energized equipment, radar radiation hazards, and unexploded ordnance.
- Experience in a rapid paced test environment.
- Travel is expected to be 25% - 35%, to support Integration & Test activities domestically and possible international travel. Occasionally support various shifts.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering discipline and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with data collection and/or data analysis
- An active and transferrable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. US Citizenship is required, as only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Ability to analyze and problem solve in real time
- Effectively meet deadlines while multi-tasking
- Work in a team environment and directly interface with customers and management across multiple disciplines
- Experience with data collection and analysis of military systems in a tactical configuration.
- Familiarity with scripting
- Familiarity with MATLAB
- Experience with NISPOM security guidelines.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
