The following position is to join our Enterprise Services team:

RTX Enterprise Application Services (EAS) group is seeking a System Administrator with focus on SAP Enterprise Portal, Redwood RunMyJobs, and SAP GRC (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) for the ERP Business Solution Services team. Individual Contributor Role. Remote Opportunity.

The System Administrator will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Enterprise Portal and creating, monitoring and administrating batch jobs in Redwood RunMyJobs. This individual will also lead projects such as migration to SAP GRC, hardware and software upgrades, and LDAP migration for the Enterprise Services (ES) SAP ERP team. Work with other ERP teams within RTX to build common process and enterprise solutions. Provide support to all ES SAP ERP teams as a Change Control Board (CCB) Lead including providing instructions on the process and monitoring the CCB email inbox.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide SAP Portal expertise in respect to portal development, configuration, administration and support.
  • Provide administration support for Redwood RunMyJobs, Infor Approva and PBS ContentLink with a team of other administrators. Training would be provided as necessary.
  • Lead projects to upgrade out of date hardware and software, migrate to GRC, and LDAP migration
  • Monitor the CCB inbox and provide solutions and approvals for a variety of SAP related requests.
  • Research and recommend solutions for complex problems using a variety of methods and modalities.
  • Collaborate with SAP teams and diagnose application problems and work with SAP teams to implement solutions that address those issues.
  • Works with DT Compliance to ensure SAP system compliance with internal and external auditors
  • Travel up to 10% of the time for occasional on-site meetings

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically a minimum of 8+ years' experience in an SAP environment and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or similar discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 5+ year's related work experience.

  • Experience in SAP Enterprise Portal development, configuration, administration, solution design, support, and projects with a proficiency in SAP Portal development tools and technologies (Web Dynpro ABAP, Portal framework, iViews, etc)
  • Knowledge of job scheduling tools such as Redwood RunMyJobs or Tidal administration and a successful track record of troubleshooting and resolving technical problems of complex nature such as performance issues, single sign-on (SSO) issues, and overall end user support
  • Ability to analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications
  • Experience with SAP security techniques - familiarity with SSO, SAP CUA, SAP GRC and hands on experience with planning, implementing and supporting a broad range of SAP products including but not limited to: Portal, GRC, ECC, CRM, GTS, SRM, BW, HANA and experience coordinating with vendors on problem resolution and solution design
  • Familiar and comfortable with the use of all basic MS Office products - Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Project, Visio
  • Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with the following:

  • Visual Basic programming/scripting, experience with Oracle, HANA, and other DBs, experience with JIRA, PBS ContentLink, Vertex tax software and Infor Approva experience
  • SAFe methodology certification and experience with Amazon Web Services implementation and management
  • Experience implementing cloud based solutions in AWS or Azure
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed participate in industry conferences, keeps skills up to date, follows industry trends
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business functions and processes with excellent organization skills and project tracking capabilities and excellent written & communication skills with the ability to clearly & tactfully communicate technical, process & business model capabilities and how they support business needs/gaps

Minimum Program Qualifications:

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
