Job Summary

Raytheon is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the Stinger Product Line team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can develop and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership.

In this highly visible role, you'll be a member of the Stinger Missile Capture and Strategy Team, and as the Supply Chain Manager you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Stinger Missile Capture and Strategy Team. You'll be responsible for developing Material Product Strategies and Material Product Plans to ensure the flawless execution of products while also supporting execution of development efforts related to the Stinger Product Line.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordination of Supply Chain activities supporting Proposal activities
  • Financial management (i.e., EV, budgets, targets, working capital, material sales forecasts, etc.)
  • Overall ownership of the supplier management process (i.e., Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, supplier performance, Small Business plan development
  • Execution, metrics, international issues, develop/evaluate the Make-Buy/Make-Where strategy, the Collaborative Agreement process, etc.)
  • Communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.
  • Act as the Control Account Manager (CAM)
  • Developing and executing material product strategies
  • Managing product purchase/subcontract requirements
  • Creating and tracking key product area performance metrics

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience with supply chain and related systems, procurement, MRP, receiving, cost estimating, and/or finance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and/or Power Point)

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Able to coordinate strategies and manage tactical execution
  • Experience in managing requirements to a schedule and budget
  • Experience supporting proposals and engineering development efforts
  • Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated planning skills for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities
  • Advanced problem-solving experience
  • Working knowledge of PRISM/SAP
  • Raytheon or similar Six Sigma certification
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively - both internal and external
  • Experience with Supplier management and/or Subcontract management
  • Negotiation experience
  • Experience working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
