The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
Role Overview:
This individual will be engaged in a large-scale full implementation of S4HANA across the RTX organization and will require a solid background in the SAP application field of security with emphasis on a strong knowledge of S/4HANA and Fiori. Will be responsible for all aspects of ERP security design, built and implementation within the organization. In addition, this individual will work with the application owners, develop, and support security priorities, create, and maintain standards and procedures, and provide expertise in the area of ERP.
What You Will Do:
- Strong understanding of SAP Authorization concept.
- Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management Principles (Least privilege access, RBAC, ABAC etc).
- Gather requirements to drive the creation of the ERP Security Strategy documentation for the overall design and processes related to the ERP Transformation Project.
- Experience working with a large, complex ERP environment with multiple landscapes and clients.
- Perform the configuration, build and implementation of ERP Security design, including all relevant ERP applications (S/4HANA, Fiori, MDG, Ariba, etc) at the Enterprise level of RTX.
- Act as a liaison between IT, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders to ensure ERP systems meet regulations, policies and compliance requirements.
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to solution auto provisioning process leveraging available IAM solution.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
- Must be willing and able to travel 25% to 50% of the time
Qualifications We Prefer:
- High level communication skills, verbal and written
- MS Application Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- An understanding of key Government requirements around DFARS/NIST
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of SAP security architecture and role-based authorization models within SAP system landscapes including S4HANA, BW S4/HANA, GRC, GTS, SolMan, MDG, BTP, Ariba and other related ERP applications

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
