Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense? The Senior Manager, Government Controls - Projects / Inter-entity Compliance (individual contributor) will play a critical role in moving the USG DFARS business systems and controls environments toward a OneCollins set of systems, policies and practices. This role falls within the central Collins Aerospace Controller's organization and will partner with both central and business unit USG compliance leads to support USG DFARS Business Systems controls projects to move away from multiple instances of business systems in place today, that rely in part on heritage company policies & procedures, and move forward projects that bring USG controls, practices, and documentation into alignment across Collins Aerospace. This role also provides support for inter-entity transactions including periodic updates to the Collins Aerospace Inter-entity Procedure and participation on various inter-entity councils & teams.

What You Will Do:
- Partner with business unit and central compliance leads to support USG-related projects aimed at:
- Improving Intercompany transaction compliance across Collins legal entities and USG CAS Segments
- Analyzing current state of various DFARS business systems and assisting in development of a future state framework and roadmap
- Coordinating and driving CORE practices within the Government Accounting & Controls organization
- Utilize technology to automate manual efforts and refreshing existing websites/tools/shared folders to better support the Government Controls team
- Developing training curriculums for various DFARS business systems roles as well as tracking training activities for individuals
- Domestic Travel 5%

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
- Project Management certification or related experience
- Knowledgeable in Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements (DFARS) requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:
- DFARS Business System experience (Accounting, Pricing & Estimating, MMAS, EVMS, Property, Purchasing)
- Inter-entity contracting experience
- Practical understanding of the RTX CORE operating system and tools
- Possesses an understanding of the Collins Aerospace DFARS Business System environment

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
