Job Summary

Raytheon is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the Stinger Product Line team. The successful candidate will be a self starter who is capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership.

In this highly visible role, you'll be a member of the Stinger Product Line Team, and as the Supply Chain Manager you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Stinger Integrated Product Team. Specifically this role is focused on capturing new business and developing the long term strategic vision for the program.

What You Will Do:

  • Strong Earned Value Management and financial management skills and participation in quarterly EACs and weekly material sales forecasting
  • Develop, execute, and/or independently review material program plans and supplier management plans
  • Develop and lead supply chain proposal activities including material pricing and SC labor bases of estimates
  • Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives
  • Plan and execute make/buy/where process
  • Manage supply chain metrics and proactively address program and functional issues
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and work cross-functionally to resolve any supplier issues or material availability gaps to meeting MRP
  • Proactive supplier management plans and engagement with Supplier Quality & Mission Assurance to mitigate poor performing suppliers

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Experience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools (SAP and/or PRISM)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and/or Power Point)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain or similar
  • Experience coordinating strategies and managing tactical execution
  • Ability to lead efforts, including budgeting and financial management, issue and conflict resolution
  • Strong executive presence and reporting skills
  • Experience in a Matrix organizational structure
  • Demonstrated planning skills for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities
  • Negotiation experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
