What You Will Do

  • Participate in proposal development, including creating interim schedules and advising on Basis of Estimate (BOE) documents.
  • Operates independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments, often self-initiating tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Develops innovative solutions for complex problems, where decisions impact the financial, employee, or public relations posture of the organization.
  • Leads preparation and analysis for monthly sales, profit, asset management, milestone billing forecasts, and contributes to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Financial Plan (SFP) efforts.
  • Assists Program Earned Value Analyst with scheduled and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring proper implementation of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Supports program and compliance reviews, including audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, Joint Surveillance Process), ensuring adherence to standardized processes and tools.
  • Captures weekly actual spend data and maintains program cost baselines, measuring performance against established baselines.
  • Leads program teams through month-end processes and reconciles data between accounting systems and project schedules.
  • Provides leadership for monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting, collaborating with financial planning, pricing, and contracts.
  • Presents quarterly financial and earned value performance data to leadership.
  • Acts as a liaison with government and internal EV auditors, ensuring compliance with Mission Systems' EV System Description.
  • Requires 10% travel.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Scheduling Software systems
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Experience with Earned Value Concepts preferred
  • Experience working in Earned Value Cost Enginez ( Cobra, EVMS ForProject)

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Previous experience working with Government contracts
  • Aerospace/ Manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Enterprise Systems (SAP)

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
