Join our Earned Value Excellence (EVE) organization and embark on a journey of professional growth and achievement! We are looking for a seasoned Sr Manager Earned Value Management professional who will provide leadership, oversight, and management of EVMS for the Collins Aerospace programs that transitioned from Raytheon and are utilizing Raytheon EVMS System description, Policies, and Procedures.
This position is referred to as an EVM Tier III within the business because of its accountability for the performance of all EVMS compliance, training, communications, and assessments as well as providing interface outside of the business unit across EVMS communities, customers, and government compliance.

What You Will Do
- Act as the EVMS Subject Matter Expert
- Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department, and government policies/regulations
- Coach and develop the EVM Team
- Provide proactive leadership; the ideal candidate must develop credibility both internally and externally to drive improvement
- Understand EVM training gaps and provide solutions
- Train & influence/nurture program team members to develop EVM maturity and improve processes
- Drive standard processes and resources across programs
- Review and audit EVM deliverables on programs
- Meet and manage the expectations of multiple constituencies
- Interface with programs, business unit finance, customers, and the government to ensure compliance with EVMS policies and procedures
- Lead efforts for effective completion of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Joint Surveillance Review (JSRs) and Internal Surveillance Review (ISRs)
- Ability to travel when required (up to 15%)
- Analyze complex problems and evaluate various solutions
- Engage with team members, foster strong partnership and demonstrate a highly collaborative/proactive leadership approach
Qualifications You Must Have
- Experience in applications of EVMS, Program Controls, and Cost/ Schedule Integration with advanced knowledge of Government EVM reporting & compliance
- Experience in Training and Process Improvement
- Experience with SAP, APEX EV, PMX and/or PRISM EV/MRP
- Supervisory experience
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with development and maintenance of training materials
- In depth Knowledge of Raytheon EVMS command media, and related policies
- PMP and/or EVP certification

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
