The Logistics Analyst will perform a variety of technical and business tasks in support of the Shipping/Receiving function for engineering materials. The day-to-day responsibilities listed below are necessary to meet program costs and schedule requirements. We value diverse skills and experience. What You Will Do

  • Meet on time deliverables including program costs and scheduling
  • Coordinate and certify shipments in accordance with 49 CFR, IATA, NISPOM, and the Defense Transportation Regulations.
  • Prepare domestic and international shipping labels, Hazardous declarations, Bill of Lading, and airway bills for outbound movement.
  • Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
  • Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
  • Prioritizing daily workloads and maintain quality standards.
  • Communicate directly with internal and external customers.
  • Perform tasks reliably, dependably, and accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure data integrity and inventory accuracy and provide support for internal/external audits.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet mission requirements and site performance

Qualifications You Must Have (continued)

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years for professional experience in logistics operations or related experiences.
  • Experience in SAP PRISM/APEX or similar business system
  • Working knowledge of SAP functionality related to Logistics operations
  • Basic knowledge of ITAR, FAR, DFAR and MMAS as pertaining to inventory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Education, Experience, Skills & Certifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
