Role Summary
Locksmith Technicians are responsible for providing all aspects of lock & key services to all employees at all Raytheon Marlborough locations. Technicians may also be required to support Raytheon off-site locations. This support may include travel to other Raytheon off-site locations. In addition, technicians may be required to respond to any Raytheon Marlborough location on an after-hour's basis. On occasion, you will have an active role in leading lock & key projects, participating with other security functions on related projects and providing lock & key related training, with the goal of enhancing current enterprise security practices.

What You Will Do:
- Changing combinations, rekeying, and repairing a wide variety of safes, cipher, and commercial door lock hardware.
- Develop and maintain keying systems for all RTX-Raytheon buildings and accurately maintaining critical lock & key records.
- Develop and deliver lock operation training to diverse groups of various sizes.
- Collaborate with other security departments and facilities management to ensure compliance with NISPOM and other government requirements.
- Additional duties may be assigned, at supervisor's discretion.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of commercial locksmith experience
- Willing to be on call after hours for emergency response
- Ability to plan, schedule and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives both within an individual and team environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to develop solutions for issues of moderate complexity and scope
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds
- Must be able to climb and work from ladders or elevated lifts
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must achieve GSA Container Certification
- Willing to travel on company business
- Must achieve Lock-Master's LKM7000 and LKM10K Factory Certification
- Prepares requisitions for purchases of locks and lock & key materials.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- GSA Container Certification
- GSA Container & Vault Inspector Certification
- Kaba Mas X-Series Factory Certification
- Lock Master's LKM7000 and LKM10K Factory Certification
- Working knowledge of NISPOM
- Able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance with special accesses

The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
