The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

The Enterprise Services (ES) Order to Cash (OTC) organization is seeking a strong candidate to join our energetic and fast-paced Invoicing Team. The Senior Supervisor will play a crucial role in the cycle of generating cash for RTX. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage employees that invoice various types of commercial and foreign agreements
  • Perform and analyze invoice reconciliations and over/underpayments.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoicing issues and provide clarity regarding company policies and invoicing procedures
  • Lead various initiatives within OTC including process documentation, improvements, and harmonization
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for the commercial invoicing team
  • Provide expertise and support to teams located in multiple locations and time zones

Required Skills:

  • This role typically requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field and 5 years of professional applicable experience ideally gained in a corporate accounting, finance or contracts setting or an MBA from an accredited college/university and 3 or more years of experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience and strong understanding of commercial invoicing life cycle
  • At least 3 years' experience with SAP
  • Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel (formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and with peers
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • At least 3 years experience managing and leading small team projects
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel (formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
  • Team leadership experience
  • Process driven with a bias for continuous improvement

Work Location:

Hybrid from one of the following major Enterprise Services hubs: Farmington CT, Tucson AZ, Des Moines IA, Richardson TX or Andover MA.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
