This is a multi-faceted Sr. Security Analyst position working within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The candidate will help develop, administer, and maintain a comprehensive security program in accordance with the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual Rule
What You Will Do:
Maintain classified document control/accountability of classified media shipped and received.
Visitor Access Control, Document Control, Personnel Security, and Security Education

Perform various employee in-processing/out-processing security briefings/debriefings.
Update security personnel access lists and databases accordingly.
Prepare and participate in semi-annual and yearly audits and inspections.
Assist with implementing Security Education and Media Control Plan.
Assist with the implement of local Standard Operating procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and COMSEC requirements and guidelines.
Participate in a team environment to develop, update, and implement security policies and procedures in coordination with the company policies and government regulations.
Conduct administrative inquires related to possible security incidents and document results.
Prepare Inquiry Reports on security infractions/violations and specifying preventive action to be taken.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of prior relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, six (6) years of prior relevant experience
Experience or knowledge of 32 CFR 117, DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM) and ISLs.
Experience or knowledge of DISS, submitting VALs, checking incoming visit requirements.
Experience with processing classified shipments and accountability of classified assets.
Experience in conducting Security Investigations/Administrative Inquiries and interviewing employees for security infractions/violations.
Experience working Industrial Security
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer - Familiar with all, Expert in some
Working knowledge of Access Commander Security database.
Knowledge of Perspective Incident Management tracking database.
Completion of commensurate General and Industrial Security Courses through the CDSE.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently across a diverse program landscape
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate well with others both verbally and in writing.
Experience in conducting Security Investigations/Administrative Inquiries and interviewing employees for security infractions/violations.

The salary range for this role is 70,000 USD - 142,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
