Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines has a unique opportunity in the Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) Aftermarket organization for a Senior Manager of FlightSense Programs. This is a fast-paced role that requires interaction and collaboration with other departments and with various levels of management.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the Collins FlightSense Program for Pratt & Whitney.
  • Establish a review process for all FlightSense parts that are invoiced at the MROs and for on-wing replacements processes.
  • Coordinate with Fleet Management, Invoicing, MROs and Finance for appropriate billing of replaced and repaired parts.
  • Ensure that the customer is being billed for all appropriate charges.
  • Ensure all charges to P&W and the customer have back up documentation.
  • Become the subject matter expert on Collins FlightSense coverage.
  • Manage the relationship with Collins and establish regular program reviews.
  • Lead other critical projects and contract optimization initiatives.

  • Program and project management skills.
  • Process creation, improvement, and standardization.
  • Exposure to P&L, financials, and business case development.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience to include program management, invoicing, or finance experience or an Advance Degree and 7 years of experience to include program management, invoicing, or finance experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Advanced degree and 5+ years of Invoicing, Program Management, or Finance experience.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Collins FlightSense programs.
  • Possess excellent judgment and professional maturity.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and computer skills.
  • Strong desire to succeed and pursue personal growth and developmental opportunities.

This role is:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
