Raytheon is seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to join our team. This is an opportunity for an experienced analyst to demonstrate their skill set while growing their network in multiple levels of Finance Leadership within the Production Area of Electro-Optical Infrared (EO/IR) Solutions.

In this role, you will be expected to provide financial reporting & analysis, monitor variance analysis and reporting, and field ad-hoc requests from leadership and the Program Team. You will collaborate with several functional peers and key team members as well as Program Managers to monitor & update Short Range Outlook Risks and Opportunities, monthly forecast updates, quarterly EACs, annual operating plan development, and long-range planning.

This position requires an individual who possesses overall business knowledge, excellent communication & relationship building skills, and the ability to meet responsibilities in an on-site / remote environment.

This position can be based out of any Raytheon location.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 1 year prior relevant experience.
  • Defense Industry experience .
  • Program Controls experience.

  • Ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead meetings.
  • Work independently under limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated excellent mathematical and critical thinking skills.

Additional Information:

  • This position is grade P2, Senior, Program Cost Controls.
  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
  • Relocation assistance is not available.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
