Qualifications You Must Have

• Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive experience as an Embedded Systems Engineer or related role in the Avionics industry. In the alternative, must possess at least a master's degree or its equivalent in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience as an Embedded Systems Engineer or related role in the Avionics industry would be acceptable.
• Must possess at least 3 years of experience with capturing and analyzing customer requirements.
• Must possess at least 3 years of experience with decomposing customer requirements into clear system and subsystem architecture/ requirements.
• Must possess at least 2 years of experience with performing system integration, testing and validation of complex embedded avionics systems.
• Must possess at least 2 years of experience with performing system design requiring planning and coordination of development tasks across multiple subsystem functional areas.
• Must possess at least 2 years of experience with developing system operation and requirement-based test cases and procedures.
• Must possess at least 1 year of experience with aircraft cabin management systems, audio/video consumer-based electronics or in-flight entertainment systems development lifecycle.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work onsite. This

includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range is $105,539.00 to $163,000.00 USD per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
