The Standard Missile 6 program has an immediate need for a Financial professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Program Cost Controls. The SM-6 program is a part of the Navel Shipboard Portfolio within Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) Production. The SM-6 program team is responsible for multiple, large DOD Prime production contracts.

This position is currently designated as Onsite. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite from Tucson AZ.
What You Will Do
- Quarterly Development of Estimate at Completion (EACs).
- Interfacing with Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, assisting with initial baseline for new awards.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions.
- Develop, utilize, and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team.
- Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or a related field with 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar financial systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- EVMS Certification or ability to achieve EVMS Certification within 6 months of hiring.

- A dedicated and positive attitude with the ability to meet critical deadlines and develop reports to drive solutions and continued process improvements.

Additional Information
- This position grade is P2, Senior Program Cost Controls Analyst.
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
- Relocation assistance is available provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.
The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
