In this pivotal role, you'll ensure transactional compliance with Sanctions regulations while also continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvements. Your expertise will be crucial in creating and delivering proactive training and guidance on relevant Sanctions and anti-boycott topics to various business functions. What You Will Do:

  • Review and disposition Due Diligence requests, including potential screening matches, transactions with Heightened Review Countries, transactions with potential red flags.
  • Review daily screening reports and take necessary actions across all Interiors sites.
  • Review and disposition ERP system & Salesforce blocks on a rotating schedule.
  • Collect quarterly anti-boycott data and draft anti-boycott reports for submission to Central Global Trade office.
  • Create, provide, and maintain proactive guidance and training on relevant Sanctions and anti-boycott-related topics to affected functions in the business.
  • Assist Investigations & Disclosures Lead with data gathering and analyzing for investigations into Global Trade violations.
  • Address internal and government data requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring all needs are met.
  • Maintain and report monthly Sanctions and anti-boycott metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple business functions to achieve shared goals and drive organizational success.
  • Embrace continuous learning and development opportunities, demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Estimated level of travel: Less than 10% to support in person team meetings

What You Will Learn:

  • Expert Sanctions: Review transactions on a case-by-case basis and ensure compliance with Sanctions laws and regulations as well as internal Sanctions policies and procedures.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Work with the business to identify and implement process opportunities to ensure business needs are met.
  • Precise Reporting: Handle data requests with accuracy, ensuring clear communication and compliance.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in Global Trade or international business.
  • Experience with Sanctions and anti-boycott laws and regulations.
  • Salesforce and ERP System experience
  • Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
