Quality and Mission Assurance is looking for a Senior Manager, Mission/Quality Assurance - M5 to serves as the Quality & Mission Assurance Staff Executive reporting to the Q&MA Vice President. In this role, the Staff Executive, a key member of the Raytheon Q&MA leadership team, is responsible for supporting business activities within Quality and drives strategic business initiatives from development through execution with the internal team. This role is responsible for managing a broad spectrum of activities/projects ranging from highly strategic to tactical and plays a key role in organization focus. This role supports the Q&MA team with functional communications, coordination, and collaboration. You will gain first-hand knowledge of the management and operation of Q&MA by preparing reports, analyzing and managing review packages, and executing special projects.

This is a remote role in the Dallas, TX area.
What You Will Do:
- You will manage, develop, evaluate and/or coordinate review packages for Q&MA and Raytheon briefings including Operations reviews and subsequent actions
- You will engage and execute special projects and strategic initiatives for Q&MA VP and leaders, such as culture communications and employee recognition.
- You will provide expert facilitation for Q&MA and cross-functional teams through facilitation of townhalls, strategic and tactical meetings, to ensure alignment, speed, & achievement of goals.
- You will create/modify high-quality, clear and concise charts, summaries, and other communications, for Q&MA VP meetings with customers, employees or other speaking arrangements and conferences.
- You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for interventions and problem solving with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will provide templates, guidance, and instruction on expected results and/ or deliverables.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of program and functional business experience within the defense community, with specific work experience in the following areas;
- Work experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working independently, with minimal supervision, and balancing multiple tasks while working with diverse groups in a highly visible, high-pressure work environments
- Work experience showing organizational, coordination, planning, evaluation, teaming and problem-solving skills
- Experience presenting orally to diverse stakeholders and creating written reports and presentations
- Experience supporting executives and senior managers
- Experience working with stakeholders across all levels of an organization
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience as a CORE Expert or Expert in Training, Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent training and experience
- Prior experience as a Program Manager / IPT Lead / Project Manager / CAM
- Broad management experience to lead project teams
- Sound business results orientation; ability to make decisions and initiate actions with limited information
- Experience with international requirements: ITAR/EAR, EXIM
- Experience in/with Quality & Mission Assurance
- Strong experience collaborating and influencing others, change management and transformation.
- A transferable U.S. government issued security clearance

Work Location
- This is a Remote role, eligible candidates must reside within United States, preferably within commuting distance from Richardson, TX, or McKinney, TX. If remote, will require travel 10-25% of time.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
