What You Will Do:

  • Support NADCAP and other special processes including daily verifications.
  • Support NADCAP and special process audits.

    Maintain document control process in compliance to corporate requirements.
  • Drive process and audit corrective actions to closure.

    Work with others in support of quality activities.
  • Ensuring customers receive conforming material in timely manner through execution of processes. This includes gathering information and inputs for processing material through MRB and the Quality Clinic.
  • Support FAI activities IAW AS9102.
  • Support compliance of special processes.
  • Facilitate and investigate RCCA for nonconformance's.
  • Plan, coordinate, and take responsibility for Quality activities that support the design, manufacturing and assembly of mechanical assemblies.
  • Review and approval of change orders.
  • Support for assigned programs/customers including KPI and customer specific corrective action.
  • Assist in the creation of root cause and corrective actions across the site.
  • Drive improvements through the corrective action board.
  • Initiate regular internal business process assessments to measure the "health" of the business in between audit cycles.
  • Communicate with site and quality leadership regarding trends (metrics) and nonconformance's.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

  • Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience using Rockwell Collins' instance of Epicor
  • Coachable and willing to be fully engaged in all aspects of Quality principles and activities

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
