• Project Oversight: Monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects. Identifies, develops, and gathers necessary resources to ensure project completion.

• Resource Management: Manages all aspects of an engineering project and programs. Allocate resources effectively, drive strategic planning, and assign tasks to meet business targets.
• Team Leadership: Direct a team of professionals and team leaders in technical manufacturing and administrative areas.
• Communication: Conduct project meetings and prepare comprehensive reports to communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex project issues, recommending solutions and adjusting resources as necessary.
• Customer Interface: Act as the primary contact with key customers, fostering strong professional relationships and understanding their needs within project scope.
• Program Management: Oversee all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and objectives.
• Proposal and Budget Management: Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, and financial terms/conditions of contracts.
• Performance Management: Monitor project progress and assess issues to ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Schedule Management: Meets program schedules and budgets and maintains a portion of the integrated master schedules for project(s).

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Direct experience with development, designing, and certification of Aerospace Interiors Systems.
- Advanced degree in a related field or Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Experience in maintaining integrated master schedules for projects.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
