What You Will Do
Demand Intake Management:
- Assist in maintaining ServiceNow (SNOW) Idea and Project requests and communicate aging backlog with Product Owners.
- Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly meetings with SNOW team and Customers.
- Assist new SNOW customers with the SNOW Services Onboarding process.
Project Coordination:
- Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope, milestones, and expectations are clearly defined.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
- Schedule and facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and follow-up sessions.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Reporting & Communication:
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, resource availability, and any potential bottlenecks.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate intake volume, project progress, and demand forecasts.
Business Analysis:
- Act as a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into system requirements.
Travel: up to 5%
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A University Degree in Business Administration , Project Management or related field and minimum 8 years project coordination or demand management experience, preferably within IT or similar field; or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Minimum 3 years ServiceNow experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
