Raytheon Missiles and Defense Operations Team has an excellent opportunity for a Production Control Depot Lead, leading the EOSPA Production Control Depot Team, which is part of the Subsystems Make Center. This position will provide direct leadership and direction to a team of Depot Planners. The successful candidate will report to the EOSPA Factory Production Control Manager and will be part of the EOSPA Production Control Leadership Team and Factory Depot Team. What You Will Do

  • As the Depot Production Control Lead, you will have leadership and management accountability regarding the performance on all Depot aspects in the EOSPA Factories, including GFM Inventory Management accountability. This Lead will champion and support cost avoidance activities, inventory optimization, depot production schedule prioritization, Lean Transformation and CORE/Continuous Improvement activities.
  • This position is an onsite role.
  • Lead EOSPA Production Control Depot Team in Tucson at the Airport Site
  • Interact and collaborate with Factory Operations Team, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance
  • Ensure the full compliance of company policies and procedures, including Safety and Security Compliance.
  • Supports deployment of Operations strategy and objectives to accurately measure progress, meet financial obligations, drive continuous improvement and improve on-time delivery.
  • Lead the effort to develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions utilizing CORE best practices and processes.
  • This will be an onsite role.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 8 years relevant experience or an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Experience leveraging strong operational background, leveraging internal customer focus, relationship development and communication skills for continuous improvement, business and team success.
  • Experience working with Depot/MRO Programs/Factories
  • Experience using SAP and analytical skills to drive results.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
