What You Will Do:

• Perform price and cost analysis.

• Place purchase orders in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements focused on Computer Hardware and Software scope.

• Work closely with CHS Strategy to support widespread alignment and to cultivate improvement ideas and opportunities

• Post Award Purchase order maintenance to ensure accurate and timely supplier delivery information.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a procurement/subcontracts/supply chain role.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage job responsibilities with moderate supervision and collaborate/build relationships across the company in a virtual environment.

• High proficiency Experience in using of Microsoft Products, on-line PO documentation tools, Supplier management tools, and knowledge of the Supply Chain processes.

• Proficiency to perform and comprehend price and cost analysis, source selection/justification, analysis of supplier quotation.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills - must be able to care for multiple priorities simultaneously and meet team performance cadence.

• Experience with procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), Prime Contract Flow Downs, ITAR and import/export requirements, and the situational applicability.

• Demonstrated negotiation skills (internal, across the businesses and external with suppliers) and ability to lead formal negotiations and teleconferences (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow down requirements, as well as standard terms & conditions).

• Ability to interact with all levels of management, suppliers, and other external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional organizations.

• Demonstrated understanding of all phases of sourcing and procurement implementation.

• Experience with procuring SW to include negotiating licensing and other common SW specific challenges

• Ability to explain processes and procedures to stakeholders across multiple organizations to include setting realistic time for completion expectations

• Ability to adapt to prioritization of taskings changing mid-stream

• SAP Experience

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
