- In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time.
- We also support our customers and partners when they run into issues they cannot resolve.
- To accomplish this we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers and partners to ensure that our products meet or even exceed their expectations.

- We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team onsite in Richardson, Texas as an Automation Test Engineer. In this role you will develop, implement, and maintain a test automation strategy.
What You Will Do
- Analyze the current regression tests that exist and develop a way to increase test automation in executing regression tests.
- Take existing capability sell-off manual tests that have been executed previously and add relevant pieces to the regression tests that are not currently covered.
- Perform routine Integration, Verification, & Test (IV&T) tasks to contribute to execution of PI objectives to test system capabilities
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a B.S. Degree in Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering work experience OR an advanced degree in STEM and 8 years of Engineering experience.
- Experience in system engineering and technical experience with software systems.
- Experience in agile development activities, including system level design specification and integration test and verification activities (full life-cycle).
- Experience interacting across multiple engineering disciplines, including both programmatic and technical.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in SIGINT, GEOINT, or Multi-INT Intelligence Community (IC) background with end user mission experience.
- Experience in a technical role of a multi-disciplined engineering team.
- Experience with cloud based S/W architectures and systems. Previous S/W development background is a plus.
- Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and/or micro-service based systems.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
