This team transitioned to Collins Aerospace Mission Space SBU and this role supports the ATNAVICS portfolio within the Resilient Navigation Solutions group.

This is a high profile, very demanding program role with multiple tasks and potential interfaces with multiple sites. The Principal Cost Schedule and Control Analyst will support and partner with their internal customers and provide guidance and knowledge of our cost position, risk and opportunities and policy and regulation compliance.

We are looking for an individual with very strong manufacturing/MRP acumen who can drive project excellence in areas of project startup/baselining, cost analysis, Estimates at Completions, and forecasting. Applicants should possess a passion around program execution, finance learning and higher level problem solving by coordinating resolutions with the appropriate functional resources.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Operations & Program Office functional teams to influence decisions to successfully execute production and depot contracts
  • Oversee financials for multiple programs in a portfolio area
  • Program start up, maintenance & support including intercompany transfers processing, project setup, and NWA management
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports to include LRE development & financial variance analysis
  • Assist IPT with the coordination, development, and delivery of monthly financial forecasts
  • Preparation and Analysis of Quarterly EACs including cost analysis, risks, and opportunities
  • Interface with multiple cross-functional teammates & internal customers at different locations and time zones

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years professional experience Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), & Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
  • Financial acumen and analytical critical thinking with experience to summarize findings and organize analysis for customers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Demonstrated experience with current Raytheon financial tools/systems (APEX, BW, PRISM)
  • Extensive manufacturing/MRP experience in aerospace & defense industry
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and implement process improvement
  • Deep interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of organization
  • Prior Program Controls Experience a plus.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
