The Raytheon Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Principal Program Cost Controls Specialist (P3). In this role you'll be responsible for executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables for our East Coast factories. Additionally, this team member will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills & ability to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate will use their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team. This position is an onsite role based out of Andover, MA.
What You Will Do
- Performing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables for our East Coast factories.
- Transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments
- Effective prioritizing of tasks in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
- Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end.
- Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic
- Typically requires 5+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3+ years prior relevant experience
- Experience with SAP
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools
- U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance and surveillance
- Experience with SAP
- Strong presentation, communication, and professional skills and the ability to work independently and with some supervision and oversight
- Proven analytical skills
- Experience with RMD Program Management (PMX) Tool Suite
- Ability to perform work without appreciable direction
- Direct communication with Government customers

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
