The Protected Communications Systems (PCS) organization provides secure command and control terminals for all three services from design to depot standup. We are seeking a Principal Whole Life Engineering (WLE) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to support multiple programs within PCS as Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsible for cost, schedule, and program execution. What You Will Do
• Manage cost, schedule, and ensure technical accuracy of WLE products including Reliability, Safety, Human Factors, Built In Test (BIT), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Technical Manuals (TM), Training, and Provisioning
• Act as single Product Support (PS) Point Of Contact (POC) on development & sustainment programs to lead engineering team to deliver reports, CDRLs, and services
• Lead author for some logistics documentation support products including Tech Manuals, Training, Provisioning, and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) reports
• Participate in program reviews with a WLE focus to ensure they meet internal & external customer requirements
• Develop and implement product life cycle plans
• Identify manpower needs, manage work packages, and allocate resources to meet program milestones
• Lead proposals including cost/pricing, Basis Of Estimates (BOEs), tech volume writing, and gate review/approval process

Qualifications You Must Have
• Experience leading a technical team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading a team of engineers, including oversight of schedules and budgets
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience working competitive proposals (cost and technical)
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
• Must be able to obtain U.S. government issued security clearance within one (1) year of hire
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance


Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience working in the C4I domain
• Experience as a Product Support or Integrated Logistics Support Manager (PSM / ILSM)
• Experience as Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) and/or Control Account Manager (CAM) on DoD programs

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
