What YOU Will Do:
- Serve as a key member of the Pricing team's Estimating Systems Compliance Council, contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and compliance standards.
- Lead the final review and validation of TINA FAR-15 proposal cost volumes across all Mission Systems business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the final review and certification of TINA FAR-15 sweeps, ensuring timely and thorough execution.
- Drive improvements in sweep process efficiency for all Mission Systems sites, optimizing cycle times and outcomes.
- Conduct detailed and complex analyses of proposal inputs to verify the integrity and reliability of cost estimates.
- Plan and schedule proposal efforts effectively, ensuring on-time completion in alignment with both customer and company requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and procedures as well as compliance with FAR and DFARS regulations.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARs and General Accepted Accounting Principles

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate financial calculations and analysis.
- Willingness to make timely decisions and accurate judgements.
- Ability to assess, prioritize and handle multiple proposals at the same time.
- Experience with SAP, BMW, PARS, ProPricer and MS Excel

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
