Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Patriot Missile Product Line Program Lead for NSPA. Primary responsibilities of this role will include the day-to-day execution of all Missile Integrated Product Team (IPT) scope for the Patriot Product Line (PPL) in support of the NSPA Program Office customer. You will serve as the primary liaison between the IPT and the Program Management Office(s) (PMOs) and be accountable for successful execution to contract requirements with a primary focus on Production schedule, cost and technical performance. Oversight may also include facilitating transition to production, Missile technology refresh project(s), and obsolescence mitigation.

Challenges with the Program Lead role include ability to support multiple program offices and interfacing with US Government customer, cross-functional partners, and suppliers. You will be required to apply disciplined program management processes and tools to achieve successful execution of program requirements and will work closely with the Missile Sub-IPTs, Product Line Execution Lead, Cross Product Teams (CPTs), IPT Leadership, and Program Management teams. You will also support new and sustaining business activities to include proposals, appropriations requests (ARs), and strategic planning, with a focus on product line optimization, affordability, and continuous production.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between the IPT and the Program Management Office(s) (PMOs)
- Accountable for successful execution to contract requirements including budget, schedule, and technical performance
- Apply disciplined program management processes and tools to achieve successful execution of program requirements
- Work closely with the Missile Sub-IPTs, Product Line Execution Lead, Cross Product Teams (CPTs), IPT Leadership, and Program Management team
- Interfacing with US Government customer and Foreign Military partners
- Expected to support limited domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required
- Experience with Patriot Product Line (PPL) Team and/or GEM-T Missile product line
- Experience with Risk & Opportunity management
- IPDS Experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- PMX level 6 certification or ability to obtain within a year
- Understanding of various contract types including domestic, direct commercial sales (DCS), foreign military sales (FMS), and how to execute within a mixed product line
- Experience with strategic planning and cross program alignment
- Experience executing scope with Major Subcontractor or Industry partner

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
