The following position is to join our Corporate RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team:
Role Overview:
As an Office 365 Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in Office 365 architecture, administration, and best practices, alongside a strong background in security, legal, and regulatory/compliance requirements. This hands-on role focuses on driving program initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation and diagrams, managing change control processes, overseeing tenant administration, and ensuring that environments align with RTX compliance mandates.
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of Microsoft Office 365 and related solutions through a large-scale migration in a multi-tenant environment
- Design and implementation of products based on requirements while meeting cyber and security policies for an IT subject matter area
- Assist other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements
- Execute change management requests and provide support for scheduled and planned maintenance
- Implementation and post-installation responsibilities include technical consulting to end-user support and other infrastructure teams.
- Support Operations Tier 3 for Tenant Engineering when essential
- Participate in researching, testing and implementation of Copilot and other next generation technologies in a GCC High environment
- Coordination and escalation to Microsoft Support
- Adhere to and comply with RTX Cyber Security requirements
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- 1-3 years experience with Powershell Scripting and Graph
- 0365 Cert
- O365 SME
- U.S. Citizen Required

• 3-5 years of experience, ideally 3 years as an O365 engineer in a large enterprise
• Experience with IT transformation initiatives in complex, agile environments
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a positive team player

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. Minimum Program Qualifications

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
