What You Will Do:
The Central Supplier Quality Clinic is a challenging, fast paced, high visibility environment. The ideal candidate is one that has high energy, can work well with others, and can effectively manage a team.
Management responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversight of the Escape Management Process(s) for the assigned organization: Customer Return Process; Problem Resolution Team (PRTs) for escapes and Clinic Assists for high pain organizational issues (Cost, delivery, quality, EH&S, etc.)
- Oversee management of Aged Restricted inventory
- Support Metrics and Control Tower activities
- Maintain personal and team CORE discipline and certification
- Maintain Quality Clinic, individual certifications, and proficiency health
- Improve RCCA proficiency throughout assigned organization
- Drive personal and team improvement in RCCA competency
- Participate in Quality Clinic and RCCA Discipline process improvement events
- Foster and maintain cooperative relationship with Program Quality, Product Recall, DCMA, and leverage clinic to clinic interaction across the enterprise.
- Ensure employees are adequately trained and work in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
- Execute business decisions in a fair and equitable manner, conduct annual performance reviews, hold regular toolbox meetings, provide two-way communications, consistent application of policy/work rules, clear, consistent communication of organizational goals and objectives.
- Support Production Tier 4 & 5 Gemba - Collaborate with shop quality, engineering support to operations, materials, procurement, and other plant leadership / stakeholders.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience in Operations and/or Quality.
- Familiarity with 8D & RCCA
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SAP
- Demonstrated strategic written and oral communication skills
- CORE Champion certification is required
- U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Value:
- Certification in Red-X / 6 Sigma / similar data driven problem solving approach preferred.
- Previous salary supervision experience preferred

In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. We've introduced role types to help you understand how you will operate in our blended work environment. This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
