Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) Patriot Program Manager. As the Program Manager for this program, you will provide team leadership across the program office, integrated product teams (IPTs), and cross product teams (CPTs) in delivery of the material, services, and support contracts executed by NSPA for multiple Patriot partners. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical performance. You should possess product, domain, and industry knowledge with a focus on collaboration across multiple program and product offices.

What You Will Do
- Set the strategy, vision and tactical direction for program execution by multifunctional teams
- Responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L). Achieving program financial metrics by setting and meeting business execution targets in support of the Program's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP)
- Lead Program Reviews, to include required EV reporting requirements, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings
- Act as a change agent and leading a large matrixed team to exceed expectations. Oversee the performance of the program Integrated Product Teams and functional organizations
- Responsibility for maintaining a positive, diverse, and inclusive program culture to which top talent is attracted
- Lead the relationship with key stakeholders from NATO, NSPA, US Government, and industry partners, including development of long-term partnerships and identification of future business opportunities
- Support the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
- Develop and maintain positive and influential relationships with their customer counterparts, internally and externally. This role will be the face of the program and the key counterpart to the NATO customer community
- Lead and/or support new and sustaining business activities to include proposals, ARs, CFRs, and strategic planning
- Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience is required
- Experience related to program execution and program management
- Experience with financial management, including Risk and Opportunity management
- Proposal experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- Program Management Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain (provisional) within 90 days
- Earned Value (EVMS) Certification or equivalent
- Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs in the aerospace and defense industry
- Experience conducting international business and cross-cultural communication
- Working knowledge of contract formation and execution

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
