The Energetics & Propulsion (E&P) Commodity Sourcing & Growth Analyst Lead will play a critical role within the Supply Chain commodity organization, reporting directly into the value stream leader for the Energetics & Propulsion Global Supplier Development and New Product Introduction Organization. This role will focus on developing and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance supplier management and partnerships, delivery assurance, and supply chain strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely across the organization, with all Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and program partners, across the supply chain commodity value stream teams, the operations and supply chain business operations teams, and the supplier teams to provide solutions for data-driven analytics, meaningful metrics and data visuals, predictive outcomes, and provide strategic insights that drive operational improvements in the business-to-business supplier partnerships to support the supply and demand profiles.

This position is onsite and may be located at either our McKinney, TX, Tucson, AZ, Huntsville, AL, Andover, MA or Forest, MS Raytheon facility.
What You Will Do:
- Create collaborative analysis tools: Work with commodity team members, supply chain partners, and program teams to provide data-driven insights and solutions that support overall business goals, improvement plans, and key performance indicators
- Combine multiple data sets and systems, finding potential trends, risk, or opportunities and present them to the E&P commodity managers for creation of action plans
- The Commodity Sourcing & Growth Analyst partner with other data analyst teams across the organization to understand business or corporate data projects and develop unique solutions for the supply chain commodity team
- Supplier management solutions: Analyze supplier performance, including delivery, technical, and quality assurance and development, and identification of risks and opportunities. Provide recommendations to enhance supplier growth, sourcing strategies, and global supply chain development efforts
- Provide strategic insights and tactical solutions:
- Deliver quantitative methods and analytics to the cross-functional value stream team, supporting supplier management and strategic supply chain decisions
- Work with the users to gain insights and convert into tactical data solutions for immediate supply chain challenges, working with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize analytics with reports, dashboards and "as requested" data development
- Manage multiple small and large projects at a time as a project manager
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, operations, and supplier development teams to align on needs to run their day-to-day business, supplier development plans, and long-term supply chain objectives; provide solutions to enable the cross-functional and cross-business teams to successfully manage their Energetics & Propulsion commodity suppliers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use advanced analytics to support strategic planning, including business financial impacts, supply and demand forecasting, and capacity planning based on the performance and capabilities assessments at suppliers
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Reporting & Communication: Develop and present reports to supply chain, value stream, and business leadership and other key stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights to inform decision-making. Communicate at all levels of the business, including Operations and Supply Chain and Strategic Business Unit executive levels
Clearance / Citizenship Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems
- Classified clearance may be needed in the future
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 4 years supervising Supply Chain / Operations business processes in direct support of Material Requirements Planning and PR to PO Lifecycle management.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience with databases (Snowflake, SAP BW, BEX Query Analyzer, SQL Server) and visualization software (preferably Power BI)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and workflows (Power Query, Dataflows, SQL, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
- Ability for minimal travel up to 10% domestically or internationally
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Knowledge in Supply Chain / Operations business processes to include but not limited to: supplier sourcing strategies, troubleshooting QNs (Quality Notifications) / aging QMLots, Supply Base Rationalization, Factory capacity planning, Logistics / Warehousing operations, etc.
- Knowledge of SAP PRISM module programs and transactions directly related to Material Requirements Planning, PR/PO health, global distribution and pegging.
- Experienced and Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications, including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Excel
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Understanding of full software development lifecycle, deployment and architecture
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and maintaining deadlines
- Strong facilitating and team-coordination skills including ability to lead by influence.
- Experience and or knowledge of resource planning software (SAP)
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well with customers, suppliers, and in a team environment
- Experience with statistical methods and analysis (regression, comparative methods, statistical process control, etc.)
- Self-starter, ability to work with little direction

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
