We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Schedule Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Program Management Office. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Engineering and Operations teams, providing critical expertise in Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis. As a vital member of our Program Management Team, the successful candidate will drive the development and execution of our program plan, offering strategic guidance, innovative solutions, and actionable insights that will shape the success of our projects.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain the program's Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to create intermediate schedules and integrate them into the IMS.
- Contribute to proposal development by creating interim schedules and advising on the creation of Basis of Estimate documents.
- Regularly update the IMS with status and Estimate to Complete (ETC) inputs from CAMs.
- Perform comprehensive critical path and driving path analyses of the IMS.
- Provide support to the Program Earned Value Analyst for both scheduled and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Deliver schedule-related reports to Program Management, highlighting issues affecting program execution and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Participate in Program Reviews.
- Support ongoing compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process).
- Ensure proper implementation of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) by utilizing standardized processes and tools and reporting on compliance and audit results.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Experience with Scheduling Software systems
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with Earned Value Concepts preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Previous experience working with Government contracts
- Aerospace/ Manufacturing experience

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
