As the Supply Chain interface with our European supply base, this role includes managing contracts from cradle to grave - Proposal activity, Price Analysis & Negotiations, PO Maintenance, and Close-out activities. This includes executing to all EXIM compliance. This role will collaborate in evaluating & monitoring supplier quality and delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating all shipments with our logistics partners and customs clearance. This individual will manage all supplier calls and action tracking.

This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).

What You Will Do:

Ability to support all Procurement activities to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner to include supplier financial, quality, technical, programmatic, and schedule performance, leadership reviews including Material Sales and Risk & Opportunities reviews.

Supporting execution and reporting of material budgets, sales and AOP requirements, development and execution of risk and opportunity management plans, including Raytheon Core six sigma activities

Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and process improvements (Technical and Quality) in support of flawless supplier execution for programs

Preparation and issuance of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs

Perform cost analysis techniques in support of proposals. Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, and Terms and Conditions)

Place subcontracts/purchase orders of medium/high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements

This is a remote telecommuting role with as-needed, on-site presence. This position will require travel up to 25%.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or STEM related fields

Experience with price Analysis, review of TINA Proposals, managing supplier FAR Compliance

Experience issuing and managing subcontracts (Letter Subcontracts, Purchase Orders) from initial execution to closeout, including overseeing invoicing/payments.

Experience working with technical requirements of procured hardware and services in an international (ITAR/EAR) environment.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
