Manager, B/S and Ops Finance (Hybrid)

What You Will Do

• Support the Site Controller
• Financial reporting of actuals, forecast, and weekly LE updates with variance analyses to plan
  • Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
  • Cost Summit and Productivity reporting
  • Ad hoc reports
• Help prepare journal entries and account reconciliations by business unit
• Validate monthly site reporting in OS is complete and accurate
• Assist in supporting IATA I Repair finance initiatives, annual plan and financial presentations
• Work effectively with internal customers
• Help maintain and strengthen the control environment including Sarbanes-Oxley and other control related activities, adherence to company policies and procedures

What You Will Learn

• Dive into cost summits and productivity reports, gaining insight into cost management and operational performance.
• Hands-on experience preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations across different business units, sharpening your understanding of financial processes.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

Qualifications We Prefer

• Master's degree or CPA preferred
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• Systems exposed to: HFM, OneStream, Hyperion Essbase, SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Business Warehouse/Business Objects experience
• Balance Sheet, Cash Flow experience
• Productivity reporting experience

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
