The F135 Lightning Sustainment Center (LSC) is seeking a F135 Logistics Support Integrator at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), a vibrant and dynamic facility located in Dayton, Ohio.
As the Pratt & Whitney (P&W) liaison between internal and external customers and the F135 Sustainment organizations, including Customer Service Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sustainment Performance Management, Field Operations, Fleet Management, Support Equipment, Training, and others as needed, your role in this pivotal position will be significant. You will closely coordinate with the WPAFB Hybrid team and integrate with the F135 Sustainment Team centered in East Hartford, CT, thereby expanding your network and influence.
Your primary role in this position will be continually refining technical support solutions within the Global Operations Center in direct liaison and collaboration with the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) and industry personnel. This collaboration will enhance your skills and make you part of a larger network. Your performance will significantly contribute to delivering enhanced global F135 technical support capabilities across a broad Continental US (CONUS) and Outside CONUS (OCONUS) operating spectrum at both main operating bases, deployed land-based and/or maritime environments. You will refine and sustain two-way supply lines of communication between all Program participants.

What You Will Do:
- Provide technical user support for the F135 engine through coordination with Customer Support Engineering teams
- Provide and coordinate timely responses to numerous technical questions to ensure uninterrupted daily flight operations; respond to Action Requests (AR) to support operational customer flight operations, author presentations, logistics assessments, and support engineering investigations.
- Coordinate technical issue resolution with the Customer Support Engineering Team, Logistics Program Management (LPM), and Joint Program Office (JPO) customers.
- Host meetings with JPO for Category 1&2 Action Requests as well as JPO meetings on issues
- Provide field technical support and coordinate with Customer Support Engineering to maintain uninterrupted daily flight operations
- Review and provide input for incoming customer communications (AR's) for clarity, content, and completeness to ensure appropriate dispositions can be expedited back to the customer without the need for multiple additions/corrections to AR requests.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience, and 8+ years of prior relevant experience OR; Master of Science Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of prior relevant experience;
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Must acquire JCL2 export classifier status with training provided by PW Education Certification
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams, as needed, and knows when/where to get help; as well as working across functions, organizations and management
- Demonstrated ability to execute work independently through complex technical decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to define and plan technical path for medium-scale tasks as well as focus on results with the ability to drive tasks to closure; with the ability to contribute to Engineering Knowledge System (EKS) content
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills; and communication skills, including verbal, technical writing and engineering presentations to all levels of engineering and program management

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
