What You Will Do
- Work collaboratively across HR functions and teams to create high-impact HR solutions in the areas of Human Resources Partner, Total Rewards, Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, &/or People Services
- Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with a frontline, hands-on assignment directly connected to meeting business objectives
Qualifications You Must Have
- Willing and able to move anywhere in the U.S.A.
- Receive a Master's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or other related discipline between May 2025 - June 30, 2026
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
