What You Will Do
We are seeking a highly motivated Campaigns Financial Analyst Intern to join our team. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the next generation of P&W products and services.
- Develop and manage multiple complex financial models, simultaneously, to affirm value for New Engine Business and Aftermarket campaign proposals across all (global) regions.
- Participate in campaign strategy formulation; kick-off to final decision, coordinating with team members from Sales, Contracts, Legal, Programs, Operations Analytics, Engine Services and Accounting.
- Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for approval.
- Work with other CBO and finance teams to identify and implement process improvements into daily procedures and financial models to help promote an environment of continuous learning and development.
What You Will Learn
The campaigns analysis group assists in financial analysis for NEB, Aftermarket and Special Support agreements. Analysts in this role will have the chance to engage in complex financial models and work cross functionally to support the commercial business organization.
You will have the opportunity to directly impact the next generation of P&W products and services. This position will report within the commercial finance group supporting the Customer Business Organization (CBO).
Qualifications You Must Have
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related majors
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
- You have a GPA of 3.2 or higher
- You are graduating between Fall 2025 - or later
- You will have at least 30 credits prior to starting your internship

What is my role type?

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
