The selected candidate will be joining the Advanced Visualization & Proposal Services (AVPS) team as a content creator on the agile Development Team. The team is responsible for supporting Advanced Visualization value streams across the entire product lifecycle, from capture to sustainment. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive content that ranges from video and 2D media to real-time optimized 3D scenes. Content will be deployed across a wide variety of platforms ranging from large scale visualization screens to VR, AR, web, and mobile devices. This position is onsite. The successful candidate will be required to report daily to the Immersive Design Center facility in Tucson, AZ or Andover, MA.
What You Will Do
- Apply creative freedom while creating polished content that captures customer's stated vision.
- Collaborate with development team to coordinate work activities, report status, and plan project backlogs.
- Work with scrum master to define and estimate work.
- Support live events and demonstrations, both local and remote. To include engaging internal and external customers.
- Learn and exercise content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Unity3D.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Must be at least a sophomore by the start of summer 2025 pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Arts. Preferred majors are: Game Design, Computer Science, Media Arts, or Animation
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with real-time game development software such as Unity or Unreal
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite of Applications
- Experience with content layout, graphic design, and framing
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical and business information.
- The ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a dynamic teaming environment to achieve a common goal.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

- Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
- Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
