The co-op will be part of a team of dedicated engineers and technicians that support production through innovative thinking and design solutions for manufacturing.

What You Will Do:

• Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run March- September (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).
• Work alongside experienced Industrial Engineers
• Implement improvements in the production cell (fixtures, shadowboards etc.)
• Help manage projects such as floor layout changes
• Data analysis including manufacturing lead time, time studies and utilization

What You Will Learn:

• Tools and methodologies such lean principles, value stream mapping and cell design
• Conducting time and motion studies to evaluate resource utilization and performance.
• Proficiency in software tools like AutoCad and SolidWorks.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
• This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run March - September; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past September 2025.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
