The following position is to join our Corporate RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team:
Role Overview:
This role reports to the Director, Identity, Directory Management. You will be responsible for leading a new Application Enablement team. The Application Enablement team will focus on external engagement and internal coordination. The tasks for Application Enablement will include application connectivity to directories being an interface point for application teams to all directory services, interface with the PMO for large projects, and driving internal team projects. Being a people manager position this individual is also responsible for the enablement and growth of team members. This includes managing goals, providing feedback, and advocating for the team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the "Application Enablement" team
- Oversee and validate Directory Management customer communications including KB articles, announcements, and other external notifications, in coordination with EIS comms team
- Provide customer interface for support of integration with all identity directory stores supported by the Directory Management team
- Maintain catalog of application interfaces to identity directory stores
- Coordinate with application owner when updates/changes are needed to directory interactions
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- 10 years of Identity experience
- 5 years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
- 5 years of information technology experience
- Minimum 4 years with IT security with emphasis on hybrid on-premises/cloud technology stacks
- U.S. Citizen Required

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in managing IAM operations with people management skills
- Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell, SQL, access, excel) and data mapping
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Red Hat LDAP, and Entra ID
- Good understanding of IAM principles.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and presentation skills required.
- Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products such as Excel, required.
- Ability to prioritize work without management direction, and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, capabilities or tools based on the needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
