You will be on a mission to support our Human Resources team and play a vital role in supporting our daily operations. You will be involved in various aspects of HR, assisting HR Partner activities, talent development, recruitment, training and other HR initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to work with a globally dispersed HR organization.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in high-visibility HR projects such as recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
- Assist in workforce analytics to help drive data-driven solutions that best align with business needs.
- Learn to use HR systems and tools such as Workday and Qlik reporting.
- Support global HR projects around harmonization, total rewards, talent development, etc.
- Assist HR Business Partners with leader support

What You Will Learn:
- You will learn to work collaboratively across HR functions and teams to create high-impact HR solutions in the areas of Human Resources Partner, Total Rewards, Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, &/or People Services
- You will stretch your capabilities and enhance your HR learning of HR laws, regulations and compliance.
- Have an opportunity to work with teams across different departments (e.g., engineering, operations, finance), gaining exposure to a variety of perspectives. You will learn how to clearly communicate across levels and align goals across functions. You will strengthen your ability to manage competing priorities and navigate stakeholder relationships effectively.
- You will learn how to move between projects, each with unique challenges. This develops your ability to quickly adapt, learn new skills, and adjust your approach. You will become adept at analyzing problems, identifying bottlenecks, and coming up with creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Gain additional knowledge on managing multiple projects across different areas and gain insight into high-level strategic goals.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
