Seeking a highly motivated member to join very dynamic program in a world-class operations facility. The Housekeeper role joins our Site Operations Team responsible for day-to-day operations and upkeep of the facilities at the site. The successful candidate will serve as an on-site housekeeper and kitchen assistant, responsible for hospitality services support for the customer. This individual will be a member of a team focusing on preparing facilities and meals for guests at a site with roughly 20 buildings with conference rooms, dining facilities, and approximately 40 billets.

The individual will be expected to assess circumstances and conditions, determine appropriate solutions, report to leadership, respond to customer and coworkers' requests, and contribute to the coordinated effective solutions. Likewise, the individual will perform other site duties as assigned to support specific customer taskings and requirements cooperatively with site personnel and management.

Job Duties:

• Daily cleaning of facilities, including restrooms, billets, conference rooms, training rooms to include mopping, floor waxing, window cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming and dusting.

• Kitchen services to include meal preparation and serving, food and coffee delivery, and dishwashing.

• Laundry services to include washing and folding of laundry and linens.

• Management of kitchen and cleaning supplies, to include inventory, purchase and restock of supplies.

• Conduct deeper annual cleaning efforts in coordination with site manager.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills, good manners, and excellent customer interface abilities.

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and work on their feet for long periods, including bending/crouching, and reaching.

• Basic computing skills for generation and management of material lists, email communications, completion of on-line training and time reporting.

• Must be able to work well with others in small groups and interface daily with customers, but also able to work well independently and with minimal supervision.

Occasionally required to work night and/or weekend hours and perform duties outside areas of expertise in order to meet time-critical surge requirements.

Desired Skills:

• Operation of commercial kitchen equipment, floor wax and buffing equipment, laundry machines, push-talk-radios. Valid drivers' license.

The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
